What is your hourly rate?

It depends on the job, but we are competitive with our bids and will provide one before we start working.  We do not believe in cutting corners and using "recycled" parts, or bottom of the line products to impress you with the lowest price (and quality) possible.  



Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards on site, and cash payments as well.  We can provide you with an electronic or paper receipt.



Do you provide free estimates?

Yes!  We are happy to provide you with free estimates up front, and explain what you can expect.  

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service for any job that is less than a day.  For larger jobs, a deposit of 50% is due up front.  The rest is based on individual situations.

What areas do you service?

​We service the greater Chicago area, including most suburbs.

Do you have emergency service?

Yes!  We know sometimes time is of the essence, so we have a fast and efficient service 24hr/7 days a week.  We can prevent further damage to equipment or electrical systems, and a multitude of other losses.
